Submission. You can submit your revision request before you approved the text material. To provide us with your revision request, you can use “Send for revision” button. If it happens that you pressed the “Approve” button, but still need your paper to be revised, please contact Customer Support Representatives and ask how you can provide them with the instructions to have a revision of your text material. Otherwise, a free revision of your text material will be rejected.
Deadline. Before you approved your text material, you can request a revision for it. However, after you pressed the “Approve” button, you can ask for revision within the next 7 days. In case your order contains more than 20 pages, you can be provided with a free revision if it was requested throughout 14 days after you approved your paper material. The text material will be considered as delivered on time if the first version of it was delivered on time too.
Number of revisions. You can request a revision of your text material 3 (three) times for free. However, they are possible only when all the terms mentioned above are followed by you. You can provide us with as many revision instructions in one message as it is necessary.
Please note that if your revision instructions contradict the terms mentioned above or your three free first revisions have already been used, then you need to place a new order for editing/proofreading. Together with it, you will have to specify all the instructions and changes that you want to make in your text material.
Also, please remember that you have 14 days to approve the text material which was revised. Once the last version of your text material was uploaded to your personal account on the order page, the time until approval starts its calculation. If this time frame ends, the text material is approved automatically.
