All capitalized terms mentioned hereunder shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms of Use, unless otherwise stated.

You are provided with a limited option to demand the money you paid for your order, also called refund. A refund may issued only to the original payment source for the order. To get a refund you should strictly observe the rules stated below.

So, before you approve the order delivered to you in the control panel of your client area and independently from the term according to which you can make a cancellation of your Order and request a full refund, you may apply for the following types of refund:

1. a 100% refund is possible in the cases when:
   1. any payment mistake has been made (for instance, a double payment, identical orders, etc). If this happens, you should report us about this problem immediately.
      However, in this case the refund is possible only if the writer has not been assigned to complete a Paper for you yet,
   2. we could find any available writer to prepare a Paper for you. In such a case, we will contact you to inform about the situation occurred and initiate the refund,
   3. the deadline is missed by the writer and you no longer need Paper because it was not delivered to you. If it happens, the text material that was prepared, will not be delivered to you. In addition, the right to use any materials you have received on this order before will not be granted to you.
2. a 70% refund is possible when:
   1. You informed us about your decision to ask for a refund after the writer has already been assigned and less than 50% of the time until the deadline has passed. However, the writer must be paid a compensation because as he/she has already started preparing a text material for you.
3. a 50% refund is possible when:
   1. we couldn’t find any writer available to make a revision for your order,
   2. You informed us about your decision to ask for a refund after we assigned a writer to prepare a Paper for you and more than 50% of the time until the deadline has passed.

Please note that if the refund procedure was initiated, any rights granted to you by the Terms of Use, including Copyright License, shall not have force anymore.

If your Paper was sent for a revision, this means you are satisfied with how the work was completed for you and you approve your order in general but currently need some minor adjustments. In such a case a 100% refund will not be possible.

If your order was revised and delivered to you after the deadline specified for the revision, then our Customer Experience Manager will recalculate the amount of the refund based on the evaluation of your Order. However, this amount will not exceed 50% of the price originally paid for your Order.

Please mind that refund is not possible regarding:

• money that were submitted to your Store Credit Balance;
• cases when our Quality Assurance departments finds all of your initial requirements were met by the writer;
• cases when the requirements from our Terms of Use document were not followed;
• our discounts and Optional Services, such as TOP Writer, Plagiarism report, VIP customer service, Abstract page, Sources Used, and Table of Contents;
• cases in which the “Approve” button has already been pressed,
• Multiple Choice Question assignments and Problem Solving assignments, which are not subjected to refund in any case. If you used the answers received from the writer, this means your order has been automatically approved. However, you can be qualified for partial credit if the writer scores less than 50% of correctly answered questions. In each of the cases, our Customer Experience Manager decides the amount of credit individually.

Cooling-Off Period at Last-minute-essay.com

Since the moment you place your Order you have a right to cancel it for whatever reason. Afterwards you have 14 (fourteen) days to do it starting from the date after the day when your Order was accepted by us. However, after this period (namely 14 days) expires, you will lose your right to get a refund from us.

You can try exercise the right for a refund. To make this, you will need to get in touch with us. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, you will need to send us your communication as for the exercise of your right to get a refund before the expiration date of the Refund Period.

Provided we have not started working on the Services you requested and the Cooling-Off Refund Period has not started yet, a full (100%) refund will be issued to you.

Provided we have already started providing you with the Services you requested and the Cooling-Off Refund Period began, then you will need to pay additionally for the work that we have already completed or started working on before you contacted us with your request.

You can get your refund within 14 (fourteen) days since the day when you let us know you want to dismiss your Order. Each refund will be issued with the help of the same payment method that were used by you when you paid for the Services, but we can agree on any other way to issue the refund to you.
